About the Author

Sarah Welch

Hi! My name is Sarah Welch, and I’m the Education Specialist at AOEU. I began working with AOEU in 2013 and have had the privilege to assist in its growth and development in a variety of different roles throughout the years. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Luther College in Studio Art and Museum Studies and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Art History from Studio Art Centers International in Florence, Italy.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, trying new recipes, gardening, hiking, and reading. Finding time to get back into the studio to create can be difficult and is a goal of mine for the future!
