How the AOE Online Conference Covers All Aspects of Art Ed

13 pillars of art ed document

Art teachers are a wide and varied bunch. There are people all over the choice spectrum, teaching all different age levels, using a myriad of instructional strategies. Creating a conference that covers the full spectrum is a challenge and a labor of love!

This year, we created the ultimate planning tool to make sure that the 2016 Winter Online Conference doesn’t disappoint. You may have seen the release of the 13 Pillars of Art Education yesterday. While it’s true that this document is a great planning tool for any art teacher, you might be surprised to know that we also used it to plan the upcoming conference!

That’s right, we’ve aligned each Pillar with a conference presentation (or two!) to make sure that this conference offers something for everyone. Take a peek at the chart below to see how much breadth the 2016 Winter Online Conference will cover.
