The First Thing You Should Do at Work Every Single Day!

I am on a productivity kick right now for a few different reasons. In addition to a long to-do list in general, I am presenting at a conference in May on the topic of work/life balance. As I prepare for my presentation, I am conducting a lot of research and trying out different tactics for myself.

Today I want to share one of them with you — How to “eat that frog” to get more done. Curious? Watch this video to learn more. I promise there’s no real frog involved!

We can always do better, we can always improve. It won’t always be a perfectly productive day, but it sure feels good to move things forward and make more time for fun!
