Pinterest for Teachers Has Launched!

We all know teachers are CRAZY for Pinterest, and the folks over at Pinterest have taken note. Big time.

A few weeks ago, Pinterest launched a new website called “Pinterest for Teachers.” This is a dedicated site within the Pinterest Community as a place for teachers to gather, share and pin the best ideas in education!

You will notice there is a board dedicated specifically to teaching Art. I was invited by Pinterest to join a list of amazing art teachers as one of the curators of this board, including the #1 art teacher to follow on Pinterest, Donna Staten. You can see there are already quite a few followers to the Art Board, and I can’t wait to see the community grow as more teachers “Pin to Learn” in their classrooms.

Tell us about something you saw on Pinterest that you are now implementing in your classroom this year.

If you blogged about it, share the link! We’d love to see!

The Pinterest for teachers board is missing a music board. :(

    • I can mention it to the fine folks at Pinterest and see if they will add one.
