AOE at NAEA – A Sneak Peek
Are you going to make it to NAEA (National Art Education Association) Convention next week in Ft. Worth? The Art of Education will be there! Today want to share with you a little sneak peek of what you can expect from us at NAEA: from presentation details and social events, to some awesome swag we will be giving away, there are lots of ways for us to connect with you in Ft. Worth!
Stop By Our Booth!
The Art of Education exhibitor booth is a great place to stop by and say hello to Jessica and other members of the AOE Team. We are Booth #420 and will be available during all exhibitor hours. Here is a map of the floor plan so you can find us. We’d love to see you, so don’t be shy, come on down and say hello…
Score Some Fun (free) Swag!!
You won’t walk away empty handed! We are giving out some killer buttons, so be sure to swing by and grab yours – Sneak preview below – Aren’t these awesome? It’s our own twist on the “Keep Calm” Internet Meme. I think these little puppies are going to go like hotcakes…Oh and if you can’t come to the conference we’ve found a way to make these available for purchase (along with a bunch of other fun swag from AOE) – Check it out right here.

Follow our Live Blogging from the Conference!!
Even if you can’t make it to the conference, I am sure you want to stay in the loop, peek at some cool exhibits, projects, and ideas. Well, now you can! Follow our live blog feed during the conference and feel a part of the action. We are forgoing our regularly scheduled articles to bring you periodic updates from NAEA throughout the day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday during the conference. (Live Blogging = Real Time) It will be fun.. and kind of candid… you never what we will see and share.
Attend our Presentations
I will be presenting three sessions at NAEA. I hope you can plan to put at least one into your schedule. I promise it will be a good time and as always the information will be “Ridiculous Relevant” to you!
Here are the details:
- Thursday, March 7th: Elementary Carousel, Hands – On Technology Demonstration (10:00 am – 203A/Center/2nd Floor)

Come to the AOE Social!
Come meet up with Jessica and the AOE Team for a casual drink and conversation at the AOE Social. The AOE Social will be held Thursday March 7th from 5-7 at The Wine Thief in the Omni Hotel (Directly across the street from the convention center). Come one, come all – Bring your friends. The Wine Thief is a fun and trendy wine bar (they serve everything) that has a patio overlooking the Fort Worth Water Gardens. This will be a great chance for us to meet you in person and just ‘hang out.’
Ok, whew. We are tired just thinking about it. This will be a great event and there are so many fun ways for us to connect. See you in Texas! Yee Haw!
