Just Hatched: 7 New Art Ed Blogs!

We’ve recently finished another round of the popular AOE Class “Blogging for Art Educators” where participants are given the chance to start their own blogs, learn tricks of the trade, and get comfortable with using the technology required to make a successful blog. What a great group we had! They all took to the technology like old pros and I kept telling them it seemed as though they’ve been at it for years!  Now, they are up and running with their blogs and have created something from the ground up. It’s so exciting and I am very proud of them.

Click on the links below to visit their blogs and show them some AOE love!  Who knows- If they keep it up, maybe one of them will be in the running for this year’s AOE Art Ed Blog of the Year!

Blogging for Art Educators- May 2012

Here is what some of the participants are saying about the course:

“I feel a little disappointed this is ending – I was happy dancing at the end of some classes I’ve taken in the past through another platform, but not this one. I will miss interacting with my classmates and will continue to follow the blogs we’ve created!”

“What I learn in AOE Classes has a great turnaround time, by that I mean that I learn something and then I am trying it out in my classroom that very day/week.  When I take AOE classes, it is what I am talking about…in the teachers lounge, at the dinner table, etc..I love sharing with my family and colleagues what I am learning.”

If you need that extra motivation to get started on your blog- You will love this class!

If you already have a blog, but want to make your writing better, your design better and your message more purposeful, this class is also for you!

We are running Blogging for Art Educators again in July
